1:1 Tutoring
Tutoring sessions last 70 minutes but can vary based on the age and needs of the student.
Each session begins with a 10-minute yoga class followed by students dispersing to work with their individual teachers on literacy instruction.
To keep students engaged, we incorporate brain breaks and mindfulness activities throughout our lessons.
Our certified therapy dogs are also around to offer extra comfort and joy!

Join us at Mindful Reading Center for our seasonal Yoga and Story Time events, open to all children! These special events feature yoga sessions, delicious pizza, engaging story time, and fun craft activities.
Outreach Yoga
Bring the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to your school or organization! We offer yoga classes, teaching various yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques.
Family Yoga Night
